DigitalFashion AI, operated by elizabeth esotor, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order you want refunded and follow the prompts to contact support.
  3. Alternatively, contact us through the support address provided in the Service and we will assist you in submitting the request to Paddle.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are also covered for 30 days from each renewal date. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Plans & billing page to stop future renewals.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
