6. AI outputs

Outputs generated by the Service may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them, and for having the rights necessary to the inputs you provide. The Service is not a substitute for regulated professional advice.

7. Payment, subscriptions, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund window is described on our Refund Policy page.

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after a reasonable export window.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
